This division looks after all the general issues relating to the work of ICOS including:

• Policy formation/ preparation of position papers
• Legislative and legal issues
• Preparation of rules and assistance to groups in the process of incorporation
• Preparation of grant applications and negotiation of financial packages
• Analysis of financial data
• Advice of sourcing of funds and other financial services
• Advice on corporate issues
